ATTENTION VOLUNTEER'S :

IF YOU WISH TO VOLUNTEER FOR BINGO, PLEASE STOP BY THE HHAF AND SIGN UP IN THE VOLUNTEER BOOK LOCATED IN THE BREAK ROOM. 

BINGO VOLUNTEER SIGN UP RULES

1. The sign up book will be available beginning the 1st Saturday of December, March, June, and September to sign up for the next 3 months.

      

   1. December 3, 2011 to sign up for January, February, and March 2012

   2. March 3, 2012 to sign up for April, May, and June 2012

   3. June 2, 2012 to sign up for July, August and September 2012

   4. September 1, 2012 to sign up for October, November and December 2012

    

2. Servers, floor walkers and bankers may sign up for 2 spots per month for the first 2 weeks that the book is available.  After that, you may sign up for any open spots.

3. Cooks and cashiers will continue to sign up through Joyce Searcy.  Callers will continue to sign up through Barry Kolano.

4. You are responsible for remembering your dates.  Monica Allen will NOT be making reminder phone calls.

5. If you need to call off, you must give a 2 day notice.  Call Monica Allen at 286-5909 for a replacement.  Remember that Monica is a volunteer as well and does have a full time job.  If she is unavailable, please leaver her a complete message and she will return your call.

6. If an emergency arises on the day that you are scheduled, please call the HHAF Center at 233-8618 and inform the Overseer so that they can get a replacement.
